We take a full day to shoot your property, leveraging natural light to capture every room at its best. Hypnotizing time-lapse videos, comprehensive community footage, and stunning twilight photography for luxury properties.
Optional Add-ons include Agent Reels, Agent Portraits, Hired Talent for Lifestyle Footage, Drone Flythrough.
Recommended for fully staged properties.
Descriptions of Services
- Full Exterior Retouching: Lawns, Skies, Driveways, Windows, Roofs, Gutters - everything for a perfect exterior. Every main listing photo gets the "FER" treatment. +$10 for additional
- Blue Skies and Warm Fires: All exterior photos have partly cloudy blue skies, and every fireplace and firepit has a virtually added fire.
- Amenities: Footage of all in-community amenities. $25-50 depending on size.
- Community Footage: I will travel to local parks, city squares, or other points of interest for additional footage. Fees vary from $25-200 depending on travel, number of sites, permits, and scope of work.
- Virtual Twilight: Through the power of photoshop, we transform daytime photos into stunning evening renders.
- Actual Twilight: Many homes look their best at sun-up and sun-down. A must-have for homes with upgraded exterior lighting.
- Floorplan: Cubicasa floor plans. ~$25-50 plus upgrade or large property fees if applicable (starting at 5k sq ft)
- Light Bulbs: We replace easy-to-reach burnt-out or mismatched bulbs for a showing-ready look.
- 20 Sec Reel Templates: We reuse footage from your videos so you have extra stock videos to put text over when announcing price reductions or closings. 2 for $45 with the purchase of any other video product.
